Animal Care Centre

Founded in 1978, by Gertie Dieleman, the Animal Care Centre was originally developed to provide Animal Control and Licensing for area Townships. In 1992, our Kennel was built to accommodate Boarding and Grooming services.

We are located west of London, Ontario in the heart of Middlesex county. (Map) Ours is the only government inspected Boarding Kennel in Middlesex county. Our trained and experienced staff are prepared to handle all of your pet Boarding and Grooming requirements.

As well as Boarding and Grooming we continue to do Animal Control and Licensing for surrounding Townships.

At the Animal Care Centre, we believe that all healthy and sociable animals should have a loving and clean environment until a suitable home is found. Our state of the art facility is home to one of the largest pet Adoption Centres in the area.

Staff

	Gertie is the founder and proprietor of Animal Care Centre Lobo.
	Our Master Groomer, Mary, has been responsible for Dog Grooming at our Kennel since it was built in 1992.
	Jodie has been with ACC Lobo since September 2005. She was with London Animal Care for 14 years prior to that.
	Mary Jo is a Certified Groomer and has been involved with ACC since it's inception.
	Amanda recently returned to us. She worked both as a volunteer and on staff for a number of years. Amanda hopes to return to school and become a veterinary health technician.
	Alica works here part time and is a full time student at Western. She spends a lot of her spare time here and is interested in all of the animals.
	We have a number of volunteers who assist us with the many chores around the Kennels such as dog walking, cleaning and providing companionship to many of our guests. If you like animals and would like to help out, please give Gertie a call.
